Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (jar)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 large baguette rolls
  • 300 g pastrami (thin slices)

Instructions

    Whisk the mayonnaise with crème fraîche, horseradish and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.

    Slice the rolls lengthwise and toast them in the oven until crisp to your liking. Remove from oven, let cool briefly, then spread the cream on both cut sides of the rolls. Top with pastrami slices and enjoy.
