Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 0.5 head lettuce
- 2 cans tuna (in own juice; about 175 g each)
- 4 large multigrain buns
- 4 tbsp salad cream (or mayonnaise)
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and inner membranes, and dice finely.

Peel the onion and dice finely.

Wash the lettuce, pat dry, and chop into small pieces. Drain the tuna and flake it loosely with a fork.

Slice the buns in half, spread salad cream on the bottom halves, then layer with lettuce, onions, tuna, and pepper cubes. Sprinkle pepper, place the top halves back on, and serve.
