- 6 baguette rolls
- 1 radicchio (Trevisano)
- 3 ripe pears
- 300 g Brie
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 red chili pepper
- 6 tsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper

Add the Brie, cream cheese, and chili pepper to a blender and puree; season with salt and pepper.

Halve the rolls and spread with butter. Tear the radicchio into individual leaves, rinse, dry, and roughly chop. Spread the radicchio on the buttered roll halves. Wash the pears, peel, slice lengthwise, and remove the core. Arrange the pear slices in a roof‑shaped pattern over the radicchio, top with cheese, cover with the other halves, wrap in plastic wrap, and take to camp.
