Ingredients

  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 2 leaves Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 slices country bread
  • 6 thin slices turkey breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp watercress

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds. Wash the Chinese cabbage, shake off excess moisture, and cut into small pieces. Whisk mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper together into a creamy spread and apply to the bread slices.

    Layer cucumber, Chinese cabbage, and turkey breast on two slices of bread. Sprinkle watercress over the top and cover with the remaining bread slices.
