Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 250 g green beans
  • 400 g fusilli
  • Salt
  • ground pepper (from the mill)
  • sugar
  • chili flakes
  • 2 cans tuna (140 g each, in own juice)

Instructions

    Wash lemons hot, dry and zest. Squeeze the juice. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. In hot butter, sauté until translucent, then deglaze with wine. Add lemon juice and thyme, simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.

    Rinse beans, trim ends and cut into ~4 cm pieces. Boil in salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Cook pasta in salted water to al dente as well.
