Ingredients
- 400 g fusilli
- Salt
- 150 g tuna (1 can)
- 1 onion (depending on size)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- pepper (ground)
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 dried chili pepper (optional), grated
- 1 bunch Basil

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, drain the tuna and break it up with a fork. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Blanch the tomatoes, cool them, peel, and dice them. Sauté the garlic and onion in hot oil. Add the tomato paste, cook briefly, season with salt and pepper, then pour in the broth. Add the diced tomatoes, bring to a boil, season with chili, salt, and pepper, then add the tuna and warm it through in the sauce.

Drain the pasta, mix with the tuna sauce, and serve on preheated plates. Sprinkle with basil leaves before serving.
