Paprika Cream Cheese Layered Delight

- 250 g low‑fat quark
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp chive sprigs
- 4 tbsp ajvar
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (sweet)
- a handful arugula
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Almonds

Whisk the quark and cream cheese with the whipping cream, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until creamy. Take about half of the mixture aside, fold in the chives, and taste.

Stir approximately two‑thirds of the remaining cream with ajvar and paprika powder, then season to taste.

Wash, dry, and set aside a bit of arugula for garnish. Finely chop the rest of the arugula with peeled garlic, olive oil, and almonds using a food processor. Fold this mixture into the remaining cream cheese base and adjust seasoning.

Fill four glasses with the paprika cream (use a piping bag if desired) and spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Finish with the arugula cream and garnish with arugula leaves before serving.

Serve with grissini or similar crackers as an accompaniment.
