Pasta with Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes and Arugula

Ingredients

  • 400 g linguine
  • Salz
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Bund Arugula
  • 2 balls mozzarella (125 g each)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 EL olive oil
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash, trim, clean and dry the arugula. Drain the mozzarella well and tear into pieces. Peel the garlic, crush it and quickly sauté in a hot pan with oil. Remove from heat, add tomatoes, pasta, arugula and mozzarella, stir gently and season with salt and pepper.
