- 400 g spiral pasta
- Salt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 400 g poultry sausages
- 700 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and dice the carrots. Trim, wash if needed, and slice the celery into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Slice the sausages and briefly brown them with the garlic, then add the vegetables.

Pour in the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Drain the pasta, let it dry slightly, and stir into the sauce. Taste and serve in bowls.
