- 750 g pre-cooked Knurrhahn (4 pre-cooked Knurrhahn pieces)
- Salad
- Pepper
- 50 g rapeseed oil
- 1 onion
- white wine
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp chives
- lemon slice
- parsley
Instructions

Wash the fish, dry it, and rub inside and out with salt and pepper.

Heat oil and sear the Knurrhahn on both sides. Dice the onion, add it, and sauté until translucent.

Add white wine, let the fish cook through, arrange on a preheated plate, keep warm.

For the sauce, simmer tomato paste and chives in the pan fat, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the fish, garnish the Knurrhahn with lemon slices and parsley.
