Ingredients

  • 3 Carrots
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 parsley root
  • 2 lemon slices (untreated)
  • 2 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 tsp allspice berries
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • seafood (1 large or 4 small, ready to cook)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and finely chop carrots, celery, and parsley root; bring to a boil in 2 l water. Add lemon slices, pepper, allspice, and mustard seeds; simmer on high heat for 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat, add fish, and let it finish cooking. Use the broth as a sauce.
