Ingredients

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 bunch basil (roughly chopped)
  • 400 g thick beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • pepper (fresh ground)

Instructions

    Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then shock them in cold water and drain.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

  3. 3.

    Peel and finely mince the garlic. Sauté it in hot olive oil, add the beans and basil, then toss the pasta with a splash of cooking water.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
