Ingredients

  • 300 g band pasta
  • Salad salt
  • 500 g turnip greens
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • pepper (ground)
  • 150 g grated Scamorza cheese
  • 2 EL freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Peel and slice the turnip greens into strips. Sauté briefly in hot butter, then deglaze with broth and cream, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the Scamorza cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Drain the pasta well and, if needed, add a splash of pasta cooking water to the sauce. Taste and serve garnished with parsley.
