Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 500 g fresh spinach
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Wash and trim the spinach. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half lengthwise. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.

    Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until it turns golden yellow, then remove it and set aside. Add the wet spinach to the pan, cover, and steam for about 1 minute over high heat. Season with salt and pepper, then drain the spaghetti and mix everything together with the garlic and butter. Serve immediately, topped with freshly grated Parmesan.
