Ingredients

  • 400 g penne
  • Salz
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 250 g grüne Erbsen
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • 400 g Garnelen (geschält und entdarmt)
  • 250 ml Schlagsahne (mindestens 30 % Fettgehalt)
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 1 Stiel Dill

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the peas and blanch them in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain, shock with cold water, and let drain well.

    Heat oil in a pan and quickly sear the shrimp; remove. Sauté the peas with garlic in the remaining fat for 3-4 minutes, pour in cream, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and reduce slightly.

    Finely chop dill, stir it in, return the shrimp. Drain pasta, combine, season again with salt and pepper, garnish with dill, and serve in bowls.
