Grilled Chicken Pieces

We love grilling! A feast for any occasion offered by Spoonsparrow's grilled chicken pieces!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets (≈160 g)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks coriander
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds, and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Remove leaves from coriander stalks, finely chop them, and combine with chili, garlic, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with the chicken breasts. Place side by side on the center of a double-folded aluminum foil sheet, fold over the edges so that a small hole remains in the middle. Grill for 10–15 minutes slowly.

    Place mixed vegetables and lemon slices on the grill as desired alongside the grilled chicken pieces.
