Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks (ready to cook, boneless)
- 3 sprigs oregano
- 1 tbsp pink peppercorns
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Salt
- ground black pepper

Preheat the grill.

Wash and pat the meat dry. Rinse the oregano, shake off excess moisture, pluck leaves from stems and roughly chop. Crush the peppercorns in a mortar. Mix tomato paste with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey, oil, and vinegar; season with salt and pepper.

Grill the meat on the hot grill, turning every few minutes, for about 12 minutes, brushing with the marinade repeatedly. Sprinkle with peppercorns and oregano and finish grilling.
