- 400 g tagliatelle
- 200 g pre‑cooked shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 250 g green asparagus
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 50 g butter
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
Instructions

Combine the Tagliatelle with the cream‑shrimp sauce, dill, and asparagus. Add 3‑4 tbsp of reserved pasta water and stir to coat.
