- 600 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 80 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 500 g conchiglie pasta
- 200 g prosciutto (e.g., Parma, thinly sliced)

Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) with top and bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash the tomatoes; halve larger ones, leave smaller whole. Arrange on the sheet and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake for about 1.5 hours.

Peel the garlic and press it into the remaining oil. Mix in lemon juice. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with the garlic-lemon oil. Combine with the roasted tomatoes and prosciutto. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, garnish with basil, and serve immediately.
