Ingredients

  • 3 large bratwurst
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g small mushrooms
  • 1 tsp hot paprika powder
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)
  • 1 handful spinach (very fresh)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g penne

Instructions

    Slice the bratwurst into rounds and fry in oil, add onions and garlic, cook briefly, dust with paprika, pour in cream, simmer gently for 10 minutes.

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, reserve some pasta water, drain, season the sauce, mix in washed spinach, combine with pasta, plate on preheated dishes and serve immediately.
