Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- butter (for sautéing)
- 100 g turkey bacon
- 2 onions
- 300 g sauerkraut
- 5 juniper berries
- 2 Bay leaves
- 3 Cloves
- 200 g mushrooms
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Dice the turkey bacon and onions finely. In a pot, heat some butter and brown the turkey bacon over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Drain the sauerkraut well, add the spices, mix everything together and simmer for about 10 minutes. Slice the mushrooms, sauté them in a pan with butter over medium heat, and season.

Add the pasta to the sauerkraut and mushrooms, combine well, and adjust seasoning. Serve the pasta with sauerkraut in bowls.
