Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • white pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 4 lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Rinse the salmon, pat it dry, and cut into pieces.

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. In a hot pan add butter and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Deglaze with wine and reduce slightly. Add broth, lemon zest, stir in crème fraîche, bring to a boil once more. Reduce heat, fold in salmon, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Season sauce with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice.

    Drain the pasta, toss it into the sauce, and serve on deep plates. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
