Ingredients
- 400 g band pasta
- Salt
- 400 g spinach
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- Cayenne pepper

Cook the pasta in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until al dente. Wash, trim and spin dry the spinach. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and onion; finely chop the garlic and slice the onion into strips. Briefly sauté the pine nuts with the onion and garlic in hot oil.

Sauté the tomatoes and add the spinach. Let them wilt and evaporate the liquid. Add the white wine, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Toss the drained pasta and serve.
