Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon (sliced)
- 1 small stalk of leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 very fresh egg yolks
- 100 g heavy cream
- 60 g parmesan (grated)
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Slice the bacon into thin strips. Clean and slice the leek into thin rings. Peel the garlic cloves. Heat butter in a pan, add the bacon and fry briefly. Add the leek rings and press the garlic cloves in. Sauté for a short time.

Whisk together the egg yolks and cream. Combine the pasta with the bacon-leek mixture and the egg-cream sauce. Season with pepper and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
