Ingredients
- 80 g parsley
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 400 g spaghetti
- fresh herbs for garnish; e.g., basil, parsley

Rinse the parsley, remove leaves and pat dry. Combine with walnuts, peeled garlic, grape seed oil and a bit of olive oil in a blender and puree. Add more olive oil until a creamy pesto forms. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, let it rest briefly and arrange on plates or bowls. Spread the pesto over the pasta and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
