Grilled Pepper Salmon

Grilled pepper salmon for fish lovers. The salmon not only provides vessel-friendly omega‑3 fatty acids but also brings B vitamins to the plate.
Ingredients
- 1 Organic lemon
- 30 g yogurt butter
- 1 tsp sweet mustard
- 800 g salmon fillet (4 fillets)
- Salt
- coarsely crushed mixed pepper
Instructions

Wash the lemon hot, dry it and finely grate about 2 tsp of zest. Halve the lemon, squeeze out juice from one half and slice the other half for garnish.

Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in mustard, lemon juice and zest.

Rinse salmon fillets, pat them dry and brush both sides with the lemon butter.

Season with salt and plenty of coarsely crushed mixed pepper. Grill each side on a grill pan for 5–7 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
