- 400 g fusilli
- Salz
- 250 g champignons
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 EL olive oil
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- 4 EL chopped parsley
- 20 g butter

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, trim stems, and slice. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat 4 EL oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until golden yellow.

Add the mushrooms and pepper strips to the pan and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the finished Fusilli and mix with the pan contents. Stir in parsley and butter, then serve immediately. Grated Pecorino pairs well.
