Ingredients

  • 400 g penne pasta
  • 100 g butter
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Melt butter in a small pot, add sage and cook for a few minutes over low heat.

    Drain pasta, mix with sage butter, plate, sprinkle pepper, grate parmesan on top, serve immediately.
