Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle (200g green & white each)
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 g small button mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 100 g parmesan (whole block)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water, drain and set aside.

    Clean mushrooms and slice them. Peel and finely chop the onion.

  3. 3.

    Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions until translucent, add mushrooms and cook while stirring until liquid evaporates.

    Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

    Wash basil leaves, finely chop, stir into sauce.

    Serve pasta on plates, pour mushroom sauce over it, and grate parmesan on top.
