Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 300 g porcini mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 20 small sage leaves
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

    Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and cut if necessary; quickly sauté them in hot olive oil, season with salt and pepper, stir in sage and lemon juice, then pour in the cream and adjust seasoning.

    Toss the cooked spaghetti with the porcini sauce in a bowl, season further with pepper, and serve immediately.
