Ingredients
- Fava beans (frozen)
- 1 Shallot
- 400 g ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 EL freshly chopped parsley
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- olive oil
- 400 g orecchiette pasta
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 60 g freshly grated Parmesan

Let the beans thaw. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Mix the ground meat with the shallot, egg, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and form small balls. In a non-stick pan, brown the balls in 2-3 EL hot oil for about 5 minutes on all sides. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Toss them together with the beans into the meatballs. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the drained pasta with a splash of pasta water. Taste and drizzle with a little oil. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
