Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salad
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 stalk Celery
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g Red lentils
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp capers
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. Wash, peel and dice the zucchini. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Wash, peel and slice the celery. Sauté the onion, garlic and celery in hot oil, add the lentils and deglaze with broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the diced zucchini and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally stir in the capers and drained pasta, season with salt and pepper.
