Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- Salz
- Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
- 50 g butter
- 150 g Feta
- 4 dünne Scheiben Frühstücksspeck
- 1 rote Chilischote
- 2 EL feingeschnittene Basilikum
- 1 TL Limettenschale

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, cut bacon into strips and feta into cubes. Wash, deseed and finely chop the chili or slice it into very thin strips.

Sauté butter in a pan until foamy, then brown the bacon until golden. Add the chili pieces and set the pan aside.

Drain the pasta, reserving half a cup of cooking liquid. Toss noodles with the liquid, bacon, basil, lime zest and feta; season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
