Baked Pasta with Mushrooms

- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 ml passata
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 100 g sliced smoked pork
- 250 g ready‑made tortellini
- 250 g rigatoni
- 125 g grated Gouda
- Cayenne pepper

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thicker slices. Heat the oil. Sauté the mushrooms for a few seconds over high heat. Add the passata and stir in. Bring to a boil once. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the smoked pork or ham into strips.

Cook the tortellini and rigatoni according to package instructions in plenty of salted water. Drain and let them dry well.

Fill a greased baking dish with the tortellini, rigatoni, mushrooms, tomato sauce and sliced pork or ham. Sprinkle Gouda over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (gas: level 4‑5, fan: 200 °C) for 10‑15 minutes until bubbling. Serve dusted with cayenne pepper.
