Ingredients

  • 75 g Fontina cheese
  • 75 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 400 g penne
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • Salt
  • pepper freshly ground
  • nutmeg

    Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, finely dice Fontina and Gorgonzola and slowly heat them with the heavy cream in a small saucepan, stirring until melted; season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

    Drain the pasta, let it drain, then toss with butter, add the cheese sauce, stir in Parmesan, and serve immediately.
