Ingredients
- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 50 g bacon
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Briefly blanch the tomatoes, cool, peel, quarter, seed and chop finely.

Slice the bacon into strips and crisp it in a pan without added fat.

Cut the chicken into bite‑sized pieces and cook with the bacon for 2–3 minutes; add the tomatoes and cook another 2 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cream, season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, and sprinkle with chopped arugula before serving.
