Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 bulb fennel
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 120 ml dry white wine
- 300 g Tuna fillet
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 500 g fusilli
- 2 Tomatoes
- 50 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 50 g crème fraîche

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, trim, and cube the fennel. Sauté all together in a hot pan with oil for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Deglaze with wine. Rinse the tuna, pat dry, and cube it. Add to the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes; gently break apart with a fork.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Wash, quarter, seed, and dice the tomatoes. Drain the olives and slice into strips. Combine tomatoes, olives, parsley, and crème fraîche with the tuna sauce, seasoning to taste. Toss the drained pasta lightly and serve on plates.
