Ingredients

  • 1 kg mussels and Venus clams
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 4 calamari rings
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Lemon juice
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash mussels thoroughly, brush clean, discard open ones. Clean squid, cut into rings. Devein shrimp. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot, add wet mussels and cook covered for 5 minutes while shaking. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

    Heat remaining oil. Peel and finely chop garlic, sauté in oil, add seafood and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour hot tomatoes over, shock in cold water, peel, quarter, seed, dice finely. Wash parsley, finely chop, add, drizzle with lemon juice. Mix drained spaghetti with seafood and tomato cubes, season with salt and pepper.
