Ingredients
- 400 g pasta (optional Tagliatelle)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp paprika powder (spicy)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp light sauce thickener
- 4 Tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
- 60 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- Salt
- black pepper

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Remove the garlic cloves, combine them with paprika and oil in a small tall pot and blend into a puree. Add sour cream and milk, mix again and heat while stirring; whisk in the sauce thickener and bring to a boil once more, seasoning the sauce with salt, pepper and paprika.

Add the pasta to the sauce, stir through, taste again and divide among preheated bowls, topping generously with Parmesan and garnishing with parsley before serving.
