Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 200 g peeled and cooked Atlantic crab
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml fish stock
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Sauté the diced onion with curry in butter until translucent, then deglaze with cream and stock. Stir in sour cream and let simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

    Wash the zucchini, slice lengthwise into thin strips, cut across into fine ribbons, and add to the sauce to soften.

    Fold in the crab, dill, and drained spaghetti. Serve immediately on warmed plates.
