Ingredients

  • 400 g farfalle
  • Salad
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 250 g White cabbage
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp coarsely ground poppy seeds
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

    Cook the farfalle in salted water until al dente.

    Wash, halve, and slice the bell peppers. Wash, trim, and cut the cabbage into pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. In hot butter, sauté the garlic with poppy seeds, cabbage, and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes. Add the broth and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes.

    Drain the pasta, season with salt, and serve on plates topped with a dollop of sour cream.
