Pasta with Salmon
Try the salmon pasta from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 400 g linguine
- Salt
- 50 g Gruyère cheese (1 piece)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 g Sour cream
- Pepper
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, trim, and slice the chili pepper into strips. Grate the cheese.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent. Add white wine and broth, simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

Rinse salmon under cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat remaining oil in another pan. Cook the salmon and chili over high heat for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Wash chives, pat dry, slice into rolls, and stir into the sauce. Drain pasta and mix with the sauce. Plate on four dishes, top with salmon, and season with pepper.
