Ingredients

  • 400 g rigatoni
  • 600 g Broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • olive oil
  • 150 g thin Italian salami (sliced)
  • fresh basil

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling water with olive oil and salt until al dente.

    Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Cut the stems into small pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water, then drain and shock in cold water. Peel and chop the onion. Slice the chili pepper into rings.

    Heat a little olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the onions. Add the chili peppers, salami, and broccoli and sauté briefly. Add the drained, cooled pasta and stir well. Season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped basil before serving.
