Ingredients
- 400 g Fettuccine
- Salt
- 400 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a splash dry white wine
- 1 tbsp finely sliced sage leaves
- pepper (ground)
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan

Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente.

Clean and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté briefly in hot oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, then toss the drained pasta with a little pasta water and sage. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve.
