Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 400 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt
- 400 g stalk broccoli
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- a splash lemon juice

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Rinse the broccoli, clean it and cut into pieces. Blanch in salted water for 4-5 minutes, then shock in ice water and drain well.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, halve, peel and slice the chili pepper into thin strips. Pat the anchovies dry, chop them and sauté with garlic and chili in hot oil for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the broccoli and let it heat through. Toss the drained pasta with a little cooking water, then season with lemon juice and salt before serving.
