Pasta with Beef and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salz
- 500 g beef fillet
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 EL vegetable oil
- 1 EL chopped thyme
- 1 EL chopped rosemary
- Pfeffer (from the mill)

Cook the Tagliatelle in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, wash the beef fillet, pat dry, remove fat and tendons, and cut into thin 4 cm strips. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic and onion; dice the garlic finely and slice the onion into rings.

Heat oil in a pan and sear the beef strips for 5-7 minutes until browned, then set aside. Add garlic, onion rings, and bell peppers to the same pan, sauté for about 5 minutes, return the beef strips, season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Drain the cooked pasta, combine it with the vegetables and beef, toss briefly, and serve on a preheated plate.
