A spicy beef dish with coriander in a Thai style that you can easily make at home. Here’s a recipe for spicy beef with coriander in Thai style.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef fillet
- 2 red chilies
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 small onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 bunch coriander

Wash and trim the chilies, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, then dice finely. Peel the onions, cut them lengthwise into thin strips.

Trim the beef of skin and tendons, slice it cross‑cut into thin strips.

Whisk fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice together; peel garlic, press into the mixture, add the beef and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok until hot, sauté onions until translucent, add beef and stir‑fry for about 2 minutes, pour in remaining sauce and chilies, heat briefly, then sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving.
