Ingredients
- 300 g green asparagus (the lower third peeled, ends trimmed and cut into large pieces)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 200 g spaghetti

Cook asparagus in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

Heat oil in a large pan, quickly sauté the asparagus, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then stir in the spaghetti, warm through, and serve on plates.
