- 250 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp capers
- 4 eggs
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- pepper (ground)
- 125 g mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until very al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, let drain, then transfer to a bowl.

Wash, deseed, and dice the bell pepper. Wash and dice the cherry tomatoes. Mix the pepper, tomatoes, capers, and spaghetti together.
