Bagel with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon

A bagel topped with cream cheese and smoked salmon is a perfect after-work snack – quick to make, healthy, and made with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 1 vegetable onion
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 1 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dill (chopped)

Instructions

    Halve the bagels. Spread cream cheese on each half.

    Distribute smoked salmon over the lower halves.

    Peel the onion and cut into rings.

    Whisk together honey, mustard, grape seed oil, dill, and vinegar until smooth. Pour over the salmon and place onion rings on top. Cover with the other half and serve.
